Thai Coconut Chicken
Sauteed chicken breast strips in a mild coconut curry made with coconut milk, basil, and Thai spices.
What you'll need
- 1 lb Chicken Strips
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
- Large Pan
- Also great with Pork or Seafood!
Cook it up!
- Season - Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken.
- Saute - Get that pan hot! Med-High (2 min). Add cooking oil. Cook chicken 2-3 min on each side.
- Sauce - Turn heat to low. Add sauce to pan. Simmer chicken in sauce for 1 min.
Coconut milk (coconut cream, water), water, coconut sugar, lime juice concentrate, ginger, spices, tapioca starch, basil, yeast extract, sea salt, lemongrass puree (lemongrass, water), dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, turmeric, chilies, xanthan gum, citric acid, black pepper, monkfruit extract.
