Miracle Noodle® is a shirataki rice made from the flour of Konnyaku Ino (konjac) plant. These noodles made from 97% water and 3% plant fiber are naturally low in calories. This natural fiber makes you feel full while still enjoying the satisfaction of eating noodles!
Miracle noodle products are made from quality, plant based ingredients, and may not be suitable for people with sensitivities to high-fiber foods.
Step 1: Open bag of noodles into colander and rinse thoroughly with cool water for one minute.
Step 2: Cut noodles with kitchen shears (optional) and add to non oiled pan on medium heat until dry.
Step 3: Cook noodle in your favorite sauce or recipe on the stovetop or in microwave. Enjoy! We recommend 2-3 servings per package.
Refrigerate after opening. Do not freeze.
