Our Vitamin B12 comes in the form of Methylcobalamin, the form most easily absorbed by your body. We´ve also infused the supplement with Spirulina to further enhance its beneficial effects.
Adults take one (1) capsule daily with food and a full glass of water. Additional capsules may be taken as needed.
Dicalcium phosphate, organic rice flour, vegetarian capsule.
