What you'll need:
- 1/2 cup Oil or Butter
- 3 tbs Water
- 2 Eggs
Makes 16 brownies
Use an 8"x8" square pan or 9"x9" square pan.
Heat oven to 400ºF for a light -colored pan, 375ºF for a dark-colored or glass pan.
Grease pan, set aside.
Mix 1/2 cup melted oil or butter and water together in a large bowl.
*note: If using melted coconut oil or melted butter, let cool slightly before adding
Whisk in the eggs.
Add baking mix and stir until well combined.
Bake 23-27 minutes for 8" x 8" pan or 18-22 minutes for 9" x 9" pan. Let cool before cutting.
Save for another day! Our mixes don't contain any preservatives, so once made, store your treats in the fridge or freezer.
Mix it Up:
Try one of these inspired additions:
- Drizzle malted dark chocolate and Himalayan salt on top after baking.
- Swirl in nut or seed butter before baking.
- Add a few dollops of your favorite fruit preserve before baking.
