Really love this protein, as I got older either I changed or ON whey changed and gave me headaches and gas cramps, there’s is no problem with this protein. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for natural whey. It’s not too sweet or no aftertaste as some other proteins are.

Taste is good and I really like this product, but it just doesn't mix well. In cold water/milk it's very lumpy and you have to use a very good shaker / electric blender to get it all to dissolve into the liquid
