Although, I smashed a leg work out which should've left me crippled & made this drink as I finished off & have very minimal DOMS.. Stacked with uplift so I was feeling good. The watermelon flavour is sweet so I might try adding extra water & drinking mid way through a work out to see if it changes anything.
