I was so thrilled when i found this. I usually take another brand but this one having the chelate form which sooo hard to find with this good combination of zinc and magnesium also vitamin B6. The price is right, I hope they won't make it higher, this is a perfection! I don't have any issue with my bowel movement, i feel great, i feel fine. The capsuls are pretty bulky but even with the size i still can take them all at once gulping it down.
