I started taking choline when trying to get pregnant as it's been shown to really help in fetal development (latest studies show it's just as important as folic acid!). The studies used doses of around 900 mg a day, which is very difficult to get through diet alone. I chose this brand because it's third party tested. I would definitely recommend these. The dosage per capsule is small enough that you can adjust depending on your diet. I normally take two capsules a day and eat two eggs a day. I also noticed I was much more focused throughout the day - while I don't have ADHD, I think it's a common benefit of choline supplementation.

I was feeling a little bit adventurous when I first bought this supplement, it was new and there wasn’t any reviews about it. Now after one month of using, I think it’s a good quality choline. I take it with inositol for the purpose of belly fat burning and brain health. It gives my the alertness I need in the morning and I can see some difference regarding the fat burning issue. The only reason I give it 4 stars not 5 is that I feel it’s too strong. Whenever I take the whole dosage ( 2 capsules a day) It gives me like a pressure feeling on the kidney and a strange urine smell. Also it acts like a strong caffeine, if I take it after lunch time I will not sleep at night. So I found that taking 1 cap a day in the morning gives me the whole benefits without hurting my kidneys and my sleeping habits.

the symptoms of a choline deficiency are many.. this supplement seems like a very high quality ingredient from a health-consciencious company. composition is great - there are no fillers or coating. size and packaging are average. it's a bit more expensive than NOW or other brands, but well worth it if you're planning on taking it for a specific short period.
