I took this throughout pregnancy and beyond (consulting my doctor and naturopath of course) and find it very fast acting and definitely gives me a better night sleep with no groggy mornings. I take 3.5 sprays, swish and swallow. Tastes like oranges. Highly recommend! i always have at least 2 backups.

I am usually a great sleeper. But there are times that I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t go back to sleep. A few sprays of this and 10 minutes later I would fall back asleep again. I give this to my 7 year old as well when he wakes up in the middle of the night from a bad dream and it does the same for him.

I can’t recommend this enough. Between me and my mom we must have bought like 10 of these over the months. It just works with no side effects. Definitely helped me sleep better than melatonin gummies. I use 2 sprays as 3 sprays made me feel dizzy the next day. Flavor orange and a bit bitter but ok Would buy again
