I now have to cut my nails when they get too long and my hair is in excellent condition! These have everything I need for a daily vitamin plus the extra doses of collagen and biotin which I believe has helped my hair and skin. These taste great, are non-GMO, have no artificial flavors, sweeteners, sodium, wheat, gluten, nuts, yeast , milk and their lactos free. All natural and the cost is reasonable. I order extra before summer hits since they can't be shipped in the hot months and you get a cost reduction for buying in bulk. Love this product!

These biotin gummies taste like candy and that's a plus. In terms of benefits, you'd have to take it for months to notice a difference in your hair. Don't expect to see results by taking 1 bottle only. I'v been taking biotin for months and I noticed a slight improvement in my hair.

Sundown Women's Multigummies have an excellent raspberry taste and as tasty as candies. They have great daily value of all essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Overall it's a good choice I wish they just don't have corn syrup and gelatin among other ingredients. I also didn't notice any biotin effect on my hair or skin.

These multivitamin smells great and tastes really good as well. Mine taste like raspberry which is a bit sour and not too sweet which I enjoy a-lot.

Not too sweet which is nice. No sugar power coating either. Not too sticky so easy to take. A bit artificial flavour though.
