I take it with hawthorn berry to reduce blood pressure. It is also good for anti ageing and eyesight. It is also a good anti oxidant. However, it contains grape skin which is not ideal. I missed this point while purchasing it.

Um... didn't pay much attention to the ingredients and didn't notice grape skin extract. Am I taking the concentrated pesticides? Grapes are notorious for the amount pesticide used and unwashable pesticide residual.
