Good quality Erythritol. I gave it to my dad, to use in his espresso drink instead of the nasty artificial stuff. The packets are easy to use, though it might even have been better to have more packets and less of the stuff in each packet since monk fruit is quite sweet, you don't need to use that much when you put it in anything.

I usually use NOW's regular erythritol in the big package but decided to get this one for travels and college. Was very surprised and disappointed, it had some weird aftertaste that wasn't present in the other erythritol version of theirs. Maybe because of the Monk fruit? Could be, although I did try Monk fruit sweeteners beforehand and it never had this taste.
