It is difficult to rate vitamins because this is very individual and depends on high amount of factors and health conditions. Always try to get consultancy with doctor or dietary specialist, because we all need different supplements in different concentration. But ONLY my PERSONAL experience: I was recommended by my doctor to take Omega 3 fish oil to low cloresterine image in blood and help with psychological conditions. This is very good product and very high quality fish oil. Contains high amount of Omega 3. This has not fish flavor or taste. It smells nice with fresh oranges. Capsules are quite big but it is easy to take them. Also this is better as to drink fish oil from bottle. Love this product and will definitely repeat it.
Need to take them longer to see if I feel any benefits. Like the higher dose of epa-dha, seems good quality. No bad taste or smell.
