i feel it helped for a few days then the effects became less, taking 1 to 2 capsules. i also take whole vit C and potassium along. it high quality that i will keep to cycle with others. I hv problems with heart palpitations, i tried B1 benforthiamine, B5, B6, inositol, B12, tumeric, elderberry, slippery elm, dha and epa, lithium aspartate, gotu kola, arjuna, hawthorne, Taurine, copper 2mg, magnesium, potassium 2000-3000 mg etc. All standard dosages but cud be repeated 2 or 3 times in a day. Often they works for a few days to 2 weeks, then much less effective. Usually the palpitations were triggered by small worrying, i might hv drink half a cup of coffee with 2 slices of toast too. And Often more recently the palpitations are accompanied by the numbness and tingling feeling at the palm and bottom of the feet .
