Celtic sea salt has an awesome taste and has so many more minerals than regular salt. It can be used in any meal preparation. The granules are large so takes longer to dissolve but worth the wait. It is clean and pure with no additives or anti caking agents; just pure good quality salt.

I used to only eat Himalayan salt, but due to the processing of himalayan salt, there may be contaminants in it. So I started to get the other salt that everyone talks about - celtic sea salt. Takes great, and definitely good quality. You can taste the difference between good salt and processed table salt. Sodium is very important for our diet, and we need a lot of it in balance with potassium (think leafy green vegetables). I like to eat this with my eggs, or add it to my water when I'm feeling light headed during a fast. I have kidney stones so I drink a lot of water. This means I'm losing a lot of electrolytes (minerals) whenever I pee. I like to add some of this salt to my water to help replenish my electrolytes. I'm going to buy it for a third time very soon.

This is the only sea salt I use. The taste is amazing as the ingredient is pure. The package is bullet proof. I take it under the tongue when I have to drive for longer than 30 minutes. I use it during hot summer months when working in the garden to keep me from dehydration. I take an 1/8 of a tsp.

Excellent quality salt! Not just pure sodium. I add it to my apple cider water in the morning and it boost the taste. No anti-caking or bleaching agents which is always a plus. It goes without saying that since it’s coarse not fine in texture, one should be careful about the quantity used as it takes time for the salt crystals to dissolve fully and the flavor to be incorporated so don’t add more until fully dissolved.

A lovely grey Celtic salt with lots of minerals. Like other Celtic sea salt, it is moist so it can stick inside a grinder or shaker, but it is nice served from a pretty salt pot. I like to include it in my diet so I have a wider diversity of minerals to benefit my health. I also like to include it for adrenal support and to help control low blood pressure. I feel much better when I include this in my diet every day.

We need minerals every day to balance our electrolytes - this product is all I use. You can add a pinch to your bottled water. Bottled water has No Minerals in them, unless you get electrolyte water. Potassium is very important to help with sugar metabolism daily. And I find this salt is not too salty when added to food. Unlike what most people think...Salt is Necessary in our diet and it doesn't give you high blood pressure. . Look up Harvard's last study. It is the kind of salt - Morton's Iodized salt is a chemical bath - get it out of your kitchen.

Before trying this, I used to think that all salt tastes the same. I was so wrong! This makes even a simple sandwich or omelet taste gourmet or restaurant grade, and you get to brag that you used Celtic Sea Salt to anyone asking what is the secret to the amazing flavor. I will definitely keep buying this. Best investment to achieve high-quality savory dishes!

I add this to my water in order to help get needed minerals that my body needs. I just add a pinch of it. Great way for me to hydrate. I've struggled with POTS and have to add salt to my water. This is a great salt that also adds the minerals for the extra benefits. Excellent salt. Great price for quality of this product.

This is a wet semi coarse salt. Which is definitely a bit weird depending on what you are using this for exactly. It dissolves very well and has a mild taste that compliments whatever you use it in well. As far as salt goes this one feels high quality with not a lot of additives.
