Nice texture product, but make sure that you love lemon because this product has a strong savory note. Great for spinach/arugula salads with shrimps or mozarella.

Can't find this in the store anymore so I bought 2. Great for making hummus, on top of vegetables, etc. iHerb has it at a great price too!

Good ingredients, the flavour is not so strong, bit sour. Mild flavour for salad dressing. Not so suitable for cooking meat. Just as dipping sauce for seafood, lift up the dishes
