I eat sardines a lot, as good source of protein, healthy fats, good for diet and because I try to consume seafood instead of meat. These sardines are my choice to go, quality is good, taste is nice and they are preserves in water so they are not oily! I use them simply like that for easy meal on the go or as ingredient for adding flavor to pasta sauces.
Very tasty but slightly too salty. Typical fishy taste of sardines and other canned fish food products. I trust the benefits of using this and have faith in the quality of the ingredients. Good package and size for the amount and monetary value too. No weird smells, great fishy fragrance that I enjoy haha.
Ordered it for my pets as an extra ingredient source of seafood omega to add to their diet, sardines in small quantities are very beneficial for them, but all the ones in my stores are either in oil or have spices, which is not good to use in pet food in general, they go mental for the taste and I use it 3-4 times a week depending on what other additives I’m using😁
I love the natural taste of food and don't like added salt. Unfortunately, iHerb doesn't sell skinless and boneless sardines in water without added salt. This brand of skinless and boneless sardines in water is the cheapest on iHerb and very delicious, but the water in the can is extremely salty and I need to dump most of it before I put the can of sardines over a bowl of salad.
These are great for my husband and I and also my little dogs. It is good for them too - for their skin and coat and actually less cost than the canned dog food which is often full of garbage chemicals, man made vitamins and preservatives. Sardines are very beneficial for health in so many ways. They don't smell fishy at all and we enjoy them with crackers and mustard.
Sardines with skin and bones is not an issue for me, specially as it’s from the bones you get the calcium (about 4-5 times more!). But I’ve been sampling all the sardines available on iHerb. I like that this brand has sustainably wild caught fish and these being from the Atlantic off the Moroccan coast - Morocco being the world’s largest exporter of canned sardines. These sardines are very tasty with no other ingredients added; they are firm in texture and plump. Good packaging with generous amount. Great on toast, or with pasta with chopped onions and fresh herbs, and I add virgin olive oil on all sardines packed in water. Great nutritional benefits as with all sardines, but only much less calcium. Can fully recommend this, but for me personally, I’ll stick with the skin and bones as I need the calcium!

I'm not much of a fan of sardines, but it's healthy for me. These are good enough. Moist, some parts a bit dry. I can't eat the whole can in 1 sitting like I do the mini ones but they're good enough filets. No bones is a plus here.
I think the price is reasonable for its quality and serving size. The ingredients are just sardines and alt. I like that it’s wild caught. I don’t eat big fishes dut to its heavy metal content but I do eat small fishes like sardines. This product is a great way to get omega 3s as well.
I do sardine fasts once a month to reset my ketovore diet. I always buy a variety and iherb has a big selection of canned fish that make the fast bearable.
