I’m trying these capsules because I need to improve my bones density. I have a sign of osteoporosis. I’ve been taking calcium but they are not good for my stomach and I had to take way too many hard pills. These are easy to swallow. It smells weird but not a big deal. So far not bad side effects. I read some people get nauseous and diarrhea. It requires two capsules though to get the full recommended dosage. It’s pricey for just a month supply. The only good thing is that it includes boron, so I don’t have to get it separately. Boron definitely helped relieving knee pain. I’m not sure if I will be able to reorder

Bought this for osteopenia and osteoporosis support but soon found that strontium is highly debatable. If you plan to perform more bone density scans in the future, strontium indefinitely skews the results as it stays in your system for up to 10 years. Proceed with caution and do your research first.
