So I read that some mushrooms may actually help autism & since our oldest is on the spectrum (non-verbal), I thought I would give these a shot since they are gummy & the price was reasonable. Can't say that they have had any positive effect on our oldest but they don't mind taking them unlike other supplements we have tried. The taste is that mixed berry flavor with sometimes the blueberry standing out while other times it's the strawberry. I do see that the same brand carries some other gummies too in their mushroom line, so will considering adding on next time (the top 3 for autism they say are Lion's Mane, Turkey's Tail & Reishi) but I'm also looking at trying a powder combo with those 3 instead so that they don't have to take multiple gummies. Locally I have purchased such but can't say they are effective (considering they are cheap & possibly coming out of China, so can't confirm the amount of mushrooms they say are in it...are really in it).
