I have been taking it for almost 3 months now and I don’t feel bloated anymore and it help me to go to the toilet easier too. I highly recommend to people who have the same difficulties than me. Before using this RAW probiotics, i had difficulties going to the toilet every day, which is beneficial for my colon cleanse, after starting using this i started hearing my intestines noise but its peaceful and after few days of using, i started feeling that i have to evacuate my colon once a day which is not was the case( it was once in 3 days). I have had a serious issue of having diarrhea after taking antibiotics for three months. None of probiotics has ever worked. And every time I had a chance to take another antibiotics from doctors, then another big problem in my bowels. Well after I started to take coloncare, things are much better! my diarrhea issue is getting much better and I finally got to the point where I dont need to be conscious of going to the bathroom. Last year I had a colonoscopy and the findings had me more than nervous. The doctor thought he found an inflamed area that might be colon cancer. A friend bought me my first bottle of these. Does maintain my daily bowel movement and that it makes a very smooth exit every single time. Highly recommended. I was a little hesitant, as to its effectiveness (probiotics might not be live any longer) since its all the way from US and arrive 15 days later.

Quite pricey for 30 capsules but it is raw probiotics of 50 billion. I was recommended to take this brand so I gave it a try. It is working to make my BM regular but somehow I had a lot of gas in the few days which I think is expected whenever I try a new brand of probiotics. Given the price I think I can't afford to continue to take this one. It is important to switch brands to obtain different strains of probiotics every few months. Do not stick to one brand all the time.

Bought during super deal and it’s good value, does help me to be more regular. I sleep better as well at night, I take once a day in the morning.
