I just started drinking this and I love it.. it has a different taste from the red Roobios. I will say I am Ok with both taste .. but I read the green rooibos has higher levels of antioxidants than red rooibos so I am opting for the green one! Also it is such a huge packet and it can last me for months!! I like Rooibos teas because it is non caffeine as I dont feel good with caffeine so I dont drink green tea. but Rooibos tea has even higher anti oxidant than green tea

This is such a good tea!! Rooibos tea has antioxidants so it makes you feel less stressed after drinking. There is a very light green tea flavour to it yet the tea is caffeine free. I can't take caffeine but I can drink this tea with a piece of cake after dinner and still be able to sleep.

If you've tried red rooibos and you're curious about the green variety, I would describe its flavor as a cross between traditional green tea and red rooibos. It is definitely not at all like the red variety in terms of flavor - it's much more delicate, but studies show that it is higher in aspalathin than the red (which is lost during fermentation). I enjoy them both for their unique qualities, and I find both to be very refreshing.

This is the first green rooibos tea I've tried. It was great, but I slightly prefer the regular rooibos tea. They both have a similar taste, but this tastes fresher and slightly weaker than regular rooibos. (Similar to how green tea compares to black tea.) It might be nice to have both on hand.

I am not a tea drinker but knowing the benefits of this ‘tea’, i gave it a try. I had tried another brand’s red rooibos tea, taste was stronger than this green tea/brand. However I don’t really mind as I just drink it like water with some flavours. Wouldn’t mind to try the red tea from the same brand again.

I like this tea, tastes nice, better than red rooibos. A very good option if you need a caffeine - free hot drink. It is already my second purchase of this tea, like both the quality and moderate price

I like lighter tea, and this green rooibos taste just right. Good for hot or gold brewing. The box contains two packs, that’s good for preserving the tea bags if you don’t drink it that often.

I love this tea. Has a similar taste as regular rooibos but more clean tasting and less muggy. Similar like drinking green tea instead of black tea. Green rooibos is lighter and less heavy on the palate.

I read green rooibos is better than the normal (red) rooibos. I was worried if green means bitter taste, but it’s not. I put the tea bag in boiled water and steal few mins, enjoy the scent, then drink 🍵
