I noticed that when I cook this rice, the grain stays separate, so it is easy for me to add it on a salad, or just as stuffing for my first courses. Moreover I noticed that it absorbs any kind of sauce more easily than the short grain. Moreover, being organic, it has a lot more nutrients, and it is more of an healthy choice.
This is excellent rice. But the main reason we buy it is for its organic certification and avoiding the arsenic in many non-organic rices. We enjoy it often and feel comfortable that it is clean.
I love this brand of rice, it is free of arsenic which is commonly found in brown rice grown in Asia. This is the reason I buy this brand of brown rice, be it long or short grain. They taste equally good.
