I've been using this detox cleanse for over 20 years and it is still my go to. I take it twice a year for approximately a month each time. The quality of the supplements are great and ingredients are gentle yet highly effective. Love the herbal blend and the tablets actually smell really great, like the herbs they are made of. The pills may be big for some people's taste and the build up to taking many a day can be daunting but it's only for a short amount of time. It's always a great reset that I look forward to twice a year.

These pills just work, they are not the laxatives that cause stomach aches. The pills are easy to swallow and do the job. I felt lightness throughout the use and every few months I go back and buy the pills. very efficient. and give a very good start to starting a diet. highly recommend
Ultimate cleanse works quite quickly it helped with my bloating and snacking. You'll feel sluggish and may experience flu like symptoms at first, just be sure to drink plenty of water - especially when you take the tablets! Got a herx reaction on the 3rd day so I stopped. I was drinking enough water & doing coffee enemas but I still herxed. I'll restart the protocol and maybe take 2 tablets morning and evening instead of 3.
I like to use these from time to time. They do cleanse and detox and they have a positive effect on my digestive system. Do not cause a bad aftertaste.
