Helped with skin and sleep issuesThis is my first time taking this and I decided to give a review after 30 days. Just a brief background, I've been taking usana for several years now and after my supplies ran out during the pandemic, I decided to look for a whole food alternative. So after some months of not taking any supplements which affected my sleep, I finally switched to Naturelo. 4 capsules are recommended to be taken daily but I guess depending on your diet, I guess you could adjust this. So there are days when I take just take 2-3. I started taking only 2 a day and it already improved my sleep and I also noticed that my skin looked more healthy (maybe because I am getting enough sleep now).
I only take two pills a day (the bottle says to take 4) and so far that is working for me. I can't take too much B12 and my doctor found this brand, which also has a lot of different minerals, vitamins, enzymes, etc., that my body desperately needs. I simply cannot get all of what this product provides from eating food alone. The ingredients have helped increase my energy and my health. The overall effect is an increased sense of well-being.
Considering you have to take 4 of the 120 capsule included every day the price was too steep. It means it only lasts one month which isn’t great for the price. Also I don’t want to have to pop multiple pills every day. I hope they can reformulate to reduce the number of pills per day.
I loved this product. While it is probably one of the best whole food multivitamins on the market, I decided to switch for a couple of reasons: 1) the price is quite high, 2) four capsules must be consumed in order to get the full daily value that is considered as one serving. Since all four capsules are not to be taken all at once, it is very easy to forget to take the next dose later in the day -- life gets busy. I had to find a more concentrated formula that works best for my lifestyle.
