I bought the tablets for my sister, as Iodine is really important for a lot of things, not to say essential. You get 300 tablets for a really good price. They have a "sea smell" but this is to be expected as the ingredient in the tablets is iodine from kelp. After taking them for some time, she feels more energized and physiologically all in all better. I am also curently taking one a day, and I also feel quite good. I do recommend it, especially to those people who with food don't consume enough iodine. You will feel so much better after taking the iodine tablets, that is my personal opinion.

The seaweed scent is not strong on the tablet itself, but if you smell the whole jar it certainly smells like seaweed! I like the amount of tablets in the package for starters. I am sure kelp benefits our health. I usually take one in the mornings, but I'm sure with 2 or 3 a day the effect would be more noticeable. No interference with digestion. I would keep it and add it to my other supplements.

Due to a diet almost completely devoid of natural iodine sources (aside from occasional cod), I had a very unhappy thyroid. While it's still a work in progress, I found that taking an adjusted dose of this pill daily is helping put my thyroid-related hormones in ranges optimal for me, improving a great many symptoms and issues. Why not iodized salt or other types of iodine supplements? For some reason, my body has troubles with these sources of iodine. Iodine sourced from kelp is so far very well tolerated. I also appreciate how easily this pill may be broken up to tailor doses. High quality superfood. Great ingredients.
