first, it tastes just awful. i like the taste of tumeric, and this doesn't even come close. my doctor stated there is no difference from curcumin and turmeric. I am going back to my tumeric chews and gummies and throw these in the trash.

This tastes more like the Nordic Naturals citrus berry multi vitamin gummy, only much better to me. I had a migraine, ate two gummies, forgot to take Excedrin.... migraine went away (mine are inflammation triggered).
