This powder doesn't dissolve in water or any other liquid that I tried. It also taste extremely bitter and horrible. Quite unpalatable. It also did nothing for me in the gym. It is meant to help MPS (muscle protein synthesis), but I found no benefit or positive effect whatsoever. Never taking it again.

Unlike other HMB powders, this one has no bitter taste. And I appreciate that they do not add an unnecessary scoop to the container. Could be available in a larger volume though.
