I learned about this herb from Dr. Morse and he calls it a great healing herb with many benefits. It is high in berberine which can support liver function. The improvements can happen over weeks of taking this, and I have noticed better digestion from using this supplement. I think this is good quality for the price.

not sure what is in the capsule but it almost killed my dog

This product has very little if any "Berberine" which is the active ingredient to make it a useful product. I was going to send this product back for a refund but I noticed it does not have the"certified" mark on it. I also read all of their disclaimers. I am sending this product to an independent lab for testing. My bad. I didn't look at the fact that it has not been certified as potent, pure and a viable product. Who knows what it has in it to fill up the capsule but I do know it isn't the active ingredient in Goldenseal, Berberine.
