This is a good combination of sustained release Q10 and PQQ. PQQ is supposed to work in synergy with Q10 for enhanced mitochondrial support. At 0.56 € per capsule this is definitely expensive, but I think regular - but sustained release - Q10 is a better option than ubiquinol, therefore this is a better choice than an (even more expensive) combination of ubiquinol Q10 and PQQ.

This is a great source of Co-q10 and PQQ. Gives alot of energy and helps memory. Taking less is always more when it comes to supplements.

its good product but when you open the capsule not all of it like a powder, more like a stone.. so its hard to mix it with juice.
