This is the gluten-free pizza mix that I buy most frequently and it never disappoints me. I always obtain great results with this baxing mix, I recommend it wholeheartedly! Even my husband who is not on a GF diet absolutely loves this and can't tell the difference! I simply follow the instructions on the box and it always works out well. The results in the picture are obtained by using half the baxing mix (since our oven is really small).

This is not the first product from almond flour I’m buying from this brand, and I liked everything I bought from them. I believe their measuring is super accurate, cause no matter how hard I try to recreate the mix myself — I fail. And when I’m using mix, the result comes out great!

Even though the Bob’s Red Mill one is significantly cheaper, I still got this since the ingredients seem better. Bob’s Red Mill one was also gluten free, but I wasn’t too sure if it was non-GMO. Bob’s Red Mill : USD 5.45 for two 12-inch pizzas or one 16-inch pizza. This one : USD 7.83 for two 8" pizza crusts I wasn’t too sure what 1/3 cup was since a US cup (1 cup = 237ml) is different from our measuring cup (1 cup = 200ml), but I put 1/3 US cup (about 80ml) and I think the dough was perfect! FYI, 350F is about 180℃ The dough is pretty easy to make. I guess it depends on the prep time for toppings, but for me it took less than an hour to make a pizza.

Purchased this twice. I overcooked it the first time but got it right on the second time. I prefer not to follow the cooking instructions on the box cause its a bit too much. I spread the dough to a thin layer, cooked it for 10 mins and then added the toppings and back again in the oven for 5-10 mins.

I have given up carbs for health reasons but I am a pizza fiend so this dough is the perfect solution. My family laughs that I have given up carbs but then tried this dough and they loved it too. The taste is great! There is no real difference compared to a regular pizza crust. Highly recommend!!! I make both at a time and then save one in a storage bag in the fridge.

This is liked by everyone in the family. My helper doesn't know how to make pizza dough and when she saw this, she was thrilled. The instructions are so straight forward and the outcome is very healthy and tasty. The dough isn't like the heavy chewy kind. You don't feel like you've had a tons of gluten nor carb.

I was dubious about the almond meal in this, because I’ve had difficulties with almond meal for savoury foods like pizzas and bread, but this recipe makes the texture lovely and it’s really tasty. I love this brand, I have a million dietary restrictions due to allergies, and Simple Mills tick all the boxes for me, and they make amazingly tasty products.

I'm currently living in an area where pre-made gluten free pizzas aren't available, but I was beginning to crave a classic-style pizza so bad. I like this because I make the entire box of dough, but I split it into two parts and store one half in the fridge for another day. Just add some more water and a little oil when ready to use. :) It tastes great!
