I don’t think it’s the best quality. This is my second older, even though the ingredients are supposed to be good, the size is really low and few mg there’s not just anything for my eyes and no change in energy didn’t see benefits on skin no improvement. I hope it’s a good antioxidant though I don’t know about the carotene and since it’s not powder, I don’t care very much for taste
