I don’t know what it is but I really couldn’t understand the flavour of these meringues. As such they have been slow eating. I prefer the coffee ones much more over this flavour. I’m not sure about the use of stevia as a sweetener because it affects the sweetness and bitterness, and the flavour a lot.
