I was very pleased to find out that it doesn't have the same taste as an other product from the brand. They were both suitable for seafood. I found this one better because of the tart taste that suits fish and seafood the best at least in my opinion (I'm a great cook by the way). I cooked some shrimp Alfredo pasta today and used it to season the shrimp so I confirm that it works well. It is slightly hot as well so bear that in mind if you are sensitive

If you like spicy, this is for you. I would say this spice is hot. I have to be very careful how much I add because of kids. I used it on chicken, it was good. However, I think this was used best on grilled salmon. The taste is not overpowering, however, it adds enough hotness and spiciness to balance mild taste of salmon. I did not want use it on meat, because meat already has its own taste, and this spice would just overtake it.

Salt crystals could be a little bit finer

I really was looking for an Old Bay substitute, but this wasn't it. That isn't to say that this isn't delicious! The primary seasoning tastes like celery salt and cayenne which is perfect. The grain of the salt could be finer. I feel like having huge salt crystals (think larger than kosher salt) isn't too good to sprinkle over cooked seafood or fried foods which is what I would usually use this for. If it was a little bit finer, I think this would really improve the quality and texture of the product.
