The combination of peppermint and fennel is surprisingly so good. It’s my first time to use the product, so far so good. I think is my new favorite.
I eat my main meal of the day at the office. Actually, I am doing Intermittent Fasting and eating only one big meal a day (OMAD). Come the end of the meal I do feel a certain uncomfortable fullness, so I keep a box of this tea by my desk and have a nice, hot cup at the end of my meal. It makes me feel so much better, no bloating, and the combination of fennel and peppermint tastes really good.,

Peppermint dominant with some fennel. The tastes is not weak. No caffein which is a plus. Lovely to drink after greasy food. Package arrived without dent and unopened. Each tea individually wrapped.
