These were great for putting a STOP to the muscle cramps I get when on KETO. However, I started having a 'itch' reaction and I'm not fully sure that these had anything to do with it but when I looked closely at the ingredients I noticed MARINE ALGAE and I personally will go into anaphylactic shock if I even brush up against anything fish or fish related... so it got me questioning if the MA could be behind the itch? I've gone through one bottle and I'm going to try again and I should know for certain, but I thought it would be wise to bring this to anyone's attention with fish allergies, be aware!
I gotta say I’m not sure if this is working or not. I was convinced it was because I didn’t feel too much cramping, but was that because I was drinking enough water or because I was taking these?
