Turmeric is very healthy for you. It improves digestion and liver function. It is rich in anti-inflammatory compoud. Amazing stuff but you need to know how to mix it because the taste is not the best. I recommend to mix it in morning oatmeal with protein as it hides the taste a little.

Sometimes I just put some of this turmeric in warm soy milk with cane sugar(or honey), cinnamon and a sprinkle of black pepper. Warm soothing drink for when you feel like you’re catching a cold. (Add ginger for even more flavor!)
