Turmeric is very healthy for you. It improves digestion and liver function. It is rich in anti-inflammatory compoud. Amazing stuff but you need to know how to mix it because the taste is not the best. I recommend to mix it in morning oatmeal with protein as it hides the taste a little.

The portion is definitely sufficient in terms of its price. I usually add it to milk to make it more nutritious. the package is nicely designed too because you can zip it up for future uses. The taste is nice, not too strong, just right.

Excellent product. I usually put 1/4 teaspoon of this in my coffee or teas. Sometimes I just put some of this turmeric in warm soy milk with cane sugar(or honey), cinnamon and a sprinkle of black pepper. Warm soothing drink for when you feel like you’re catching a cold. (Add ginger for even more flavor!)
