I usually mix coconut powder into my coffee as creamer, and this brand delivered. Seemed to mix well, tasted good and best of all, I love the clean ingredients! The only thing I wasn't as crazy about was the packaging (pouch with zip top). Doesn't really stand up and is generally inconvenient for regular/frequent access. You definitely need to transfer it into another container for ease of use.

I love this coconut milk. I use it in my Turmeric drink add to make treats with prunes, walnuts, figs, etc. And IHerb has the best price.

Coconut milk powder dissolves and thickens and is delicious in hot drinks. It doesn't need constant re-stirring like soy milk powder. If you like and can tolerate coconut, this is a great product.

Using it with some water to make coconut milk for my coffee. 1 small spoon for 50-100 ml is enough for me. I just put some water, add a spoon of coconut powder and heat and mix it straight away on my coffee machine with the capucinno maker. Quick and easy for those who wants lactose free or just likes the taste of coconut milk
