I'm going back to edit all my Zipfizz reviews. I hope doing so will help some of you avoid the problem I encountered. Based on the process of elimination, and the research I've been able to find, it seems to me that Sucralose and I do not get along. After using Zipfizz, I began to have digestive issues. After eliminating it, those issues disappeared. I tried hard to find another cause, because I really enjoyed the various flavors. Perhaps others will not be as sensitive to Sucralose as I am, but I advise you to take notice if you decide to use it--watch closely how your body reacts...

I finally have zipfizz available to me in Australia! It helps me hydrate, I can stop taking B12 supplements (which I felt exhausted without), and I wake up in the morning much easier than I used to. Also, fruit punch is my absolute favorite flavor. It's tart and fruity without that syrupy aftertaste of actual fruit juice or painfully sweet like a sports drink.
