I was taking magnesium oxide and switched to glycinate after reading more details. I have trouble falling to sleep and getting into a good sleep cycle. I’ve had a noticeable improvement in both areas. I take 2 pills in the evening before bed and I have been waking up better. I dig it
Had read that Magnesium can help with kids tic disorders. We tried another version (Magnesium citrate) and it didn't help. but when we switched to the "Chelate" his tics stopped after about 3 days. He takes it with every meal. I have looked for a cheaper brand, but I can't find the chelate form elsewhere. This is well worth the cost because for us it is working. I wish I had it when I was in adolescence and had a tic myself.

This magnesium works well. I take it about an hour before i head to bed and find it relaxes and i get a good night sleep. I do think the tablets are on the large size but they are easy to halve if needed for anyone that has difficulty swallowing large pills.
